Afficher le résumé complet

Dublin City Council is establishing 5 panels for emergency accommodation services across Dublin regions (North, South, Fingal, South Dublin, Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown). The panels are open for access for up to 2 years (extended to 16 May 2028) with an estimated total value of €1.2 billion across all lots, though no guaranteed expenditure. The procedure is restricted/negotiated. Submissions must include CAD drawings and compliance with EA guidelines. No explicit eligibility or award criteria provided. Funding is EU and non-EU (per lot). Buyer inconsistency identified: structured data lists Health and Safety Authority as lead buyer, but XML notice confirms Dublin City Council.
