This tender establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for movable buildings (e.g., for daycare and school use) in the Pirkanmaa region of Finland. The DPS is managed by Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy on behalf of seven municipalities (Kangasala, Nokia, Orivesi, Ylöjärvi, Lempäälä, Pirkkala, Vesilahti) and their subsidiaries. The DPS runs for 120 months (10 years) from 1 August 2024. Suppliers can apply to join the DPS throughout its duration, but the initial application deadline is 31 July 2024 at 16:00 local time.
