This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for repair and maintenance services, established by Midland Heart for the West Midlands region of the UK. The DPS is open for applications from July 2020 until July 2029, with contracts awarded via mini-competitions. It comprises 7 lots covering clean and clearance, general repairs and void works, glazing and UPVC, electrical, drainage, roofing, and ground works. The total estimated value is GBP 39,510,000 over the DPS life, based on historic spend. Suppliers can apply at any time, and the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) will be used for award.
