This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for capital works and associated services established by Procurement for Housing (PfH) for use by its members across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The DPS is divided into 12 categories covering whole house renovation, kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrical, windows/doors, insulation, roofing, cyclical painting, disabled adaptations, skips/waste collection, and scaffolding.
