This is an open-house model (not a classic procurement) by AOK Bayern for non-exclusive drug discount agreements on Formoterol, Glycopyrroniumbromid, and Budesonid (ATC R03AL11). Any eligible pharmaceutical company can enter into identical, non-negotiable discount agreements. The contract runs from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027, with possible earlier termination if other discount agreements come into effect. No estimated value is provided. Only eligibility criterion is a signed declaration of reliability. Submission is possible at any time until 05.05.2027.
