Управителният съвет на „Електроразпределителни мрежи Запад” EАД, като секторен възложител на обществени поръчки по смисъла на чл. 5, ал. 4, т. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП), извършващ секторна дейност по чл. 123, т. 2 във връзка с чл. 125, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП и § 2, т. 60 от Допълнителните разпоредби на ЗОП въз основа на специални или изключителни права по смисъла на § 2, т. 47 от ЗОП, взема решение за създаване на квалификационна система (КС) с предмет: „Доставка на композитни изолатори“, реф. № КС 26-039. Предметът на квалификационната система е разделен на 3 (три) обособени позиции: Обособена позиция № 1: „Доставка на композитни висящи изолатори за въздушни електропроводи СрН“; Обособена позиция № 2: „Доставка на изолатор подпорен композитен 20 kV, за монтиране на открито“; Обособена позиция № 3: „Доставка на носещ композитен изолатор 20 kV, за монтиране на открито". Възложителят създава квалификационната система на основание чл. 141, ал. 1 от ЗОП, с обект „доставка на стоки, осъществявана чрез покупка“ по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП. Квалификационната система има за предмет включване на заинтересовани лица с цел възлагане на обществени поръчки за доставка и покупка на композитни изолатори, съгласно условията и изискванията на възложителя.
