Call for experts list

This is a Call for Expression of Interest (CFEI) issued by the Publications Office of the European Union (OP) to establish a list of external experts in public procurement. The list will be used for research and analysis tasks related to public procurement, including comparison of national databases with TED, analysis of procurement thresholds, monitoring tools, mapping transparency projects, and analysis of national statistics. Experts will work remotely (extramuros) with occasional meetings in Luxembourg. Working language is English. The list is valid for 5 years from publication (until approximately June 2027). Applications can be submitted at any time during this period. There is no guaranteed work; inclusion on the list does not oblige OP to award contracts. Remuneration is EUR 450 per day (EUR 225 for half day) plus travel/accommodation if meetings are on-site. Total payments per expert are capped below EUR 140,000.
