This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for technical consultancy services established by Umeå kommun as a central purchasing body. The DPS covers a wide range of consultancy areas including project management, geotechnics, structural engineering, electrical, VVS, fire safety, architecture, and more. The estimated total value is 50,000,000 SEK over a 10-year period.
