Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) is establishing a temporary Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the hiring of external personnel. The DPS will run from April 2026 until May 1, 2027, and will be managed via the Flextender platform. All subsequent hiring requests will be published on Flextender. The estimated total value is €12,500,000. The DPS is a temporary measure while HDSR prepares a long-term European tender. Approximately 75 hiring requests per year are expected, but no volume is guaranteed.
