This is an open-house (non-competitive) procedure by AOK Bayern for non-exclusive rebate agreements on the pharmaceutical product Interferon beta-1a (Avonex(R)), ATC L03AB07. Any eligible pharmaceutical company can join under identical, non-negotiable terms. Contracts run from 01.06.2026 to 31.05.2028, with the possibility to sign at any time until 03.04.2028.
