The Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for consultancy services within testing and test management. The DPS replaces a previous scheme and covers various consultancy support for assignments and projects. The estimated total value of all contracts under the DPS is up to NOK 14,000,000 (excl. VAT) over its duration from June 2024 to June 2028. Suppliers can apply for admission throughout the DPS period, with the first qualification round valid for 30 days.
