This notice establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of food, beverages, and related products to UKB Catering GmbH, the catering service provider for the University Hospital Bonn (UKB). The DPS is divided into 7 categories (lots) covering fresh meat, fruit & vegetables, dairy/delicatessen/fats/eggs, frozen products, dry goods, fresh bakery, and beverages. The DPS will run for 48 months with an option to extend twice by 12 months each. The initial application deadline is 22 May 2023 14:00 CET, while the DPS remains open for new participants until 29 January 2027.
