The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) has established a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for construction management and inspection services. The DPS is divided into three sub-contracts (lots): Road, Tunnel, and Electro & Automation. Each lot has an estimated value of 25,000,000 NOK (approx. 2,218,475 EUR). The DPS runs for 4 years until 31 March 2029. Tenderers may apply for one or more lots. There is no limit on the number of suppliers admitted. The procedure is restricted, and the notice includes extensive mandatory exclusion grounds. No procurement documents beyond the TED notice were analyzed.
