Оценяването и класирането на ценовите предложения се извършва за всяка отделна номенклатурна единица въз основа на оферираната единична цена за единична мярка без ДДС за съответния вид лекарствен продукт по следната формула: К = Ц min. * 100, където Ц i Ц min. – минимална предложена цена за съответния вид лекарствен продукт Ц i – цена на конкретното предложение тегловен коефициент - 100 точки 3. Максимален брой точки получава офертата с предложена най-ниска единична цена за съответния вид лекарствен продукт.

Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка възлагана чрез динамична система за покупки (ДСП) е „доставка“ по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т.2 от ЗОП. Предметът на възлагане на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарствени продукти за нуждите на "Втора САГБАЛ - Шейново" ЕАД (Възложител), съгласно приложената техническа спецификация, с цел избор на доставчик за посочените номенклатури и сключване на договор за доставка при условията и по реда на Закона за обществените поръчки.
