Ziel des gegenständlichen Prüfsystems ist es, nach Maßgabe der gegenständlichen Bewerbungsunterlagen geeignete Unternehmen in das Prüfsystem aufzunehmen. Gegenstand des Prüfsystems ist es, geeignete Unternehmen im Bezug auf den Abtransport und die Übernahme (Entsorgung) von Holzaschen aus Biomasse-Heizwerken der KELAG Energie & Wärme GmbH zu ermitteln. Vorläufig sieht dieses Prüfsystem nur die Kategorie 1- Vorarlberg vor. Weitere Kategorien folgen zeitnah, bevor bestehende Rahmenverträge in anderen Regionen/ Bundesländern auslaufen.
