Public service concession for the operation of an existing waste-to-energy plant (UIOM) in Saint-Benoît-la-Forêt and the construction and operation of a new energy recovery unit (UVE), including transitional waste treatment, deconstruction of the existing plant, and financing. The contract is for 28 years with an estimated value of €356 million. The buyer is SMICTOM du Chinonais on behalf of a group of local authorities.
