The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Panel of training and digital learning subject matter experts to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive suite of digital learning solutions to the Public Service. The training portfolio will utilise both synchronous and asynchronous delivery methods including virtual instructor-led, self-paced eLearning and other modes of digital learning. The IPA will use this Panel to develop a new portfolio of digital learning solutions for the Public Service. The existing OneLearning course portfolio will be merged with other offerings in the IPA to remove duplication and will be developed into thematic Learning Pathways. Components of the pathways will be developed and delivered using a range of digital learning tools and technologies, including live instructor-led, self-paced learning and enhanced collaborative learning. In addition, the IPA will also introduce a new digital learning platform in 2026 that will build on existing digital learning capabilities and will be accessible to the public service from 2027.
