Het kan onder meer gaan om diensten die worden verleend in opdracht van openbare instellingen (gewestelijke, federale of Europese), internationale organisaties die actief zijn op het gebied van preventie en behandeling van tropische infectieziektes, beroepsverenigingen van zorgverleners op het gebied van tropische infectieziektes of opdrachtgevers van klinische proeven.
De inschrijver moet deel uitmaken van een internationaal netwerk in het domein van infectiologie van tropische ziektes en/of vaccins tegen tropische ziektes.
