Ireland – Structural engineering consultancy services – 9146 Qualification System for Railway Bridge Assessment

Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail) invites applicants to pre-qualify for a Qualification System (QS) for Railway Bridge Assessments across Ireland. The QS will cover all levels of bridge assessment as defined in the PQQ document. Successfully appointed companies will receive future tender enquiries, and it is intended that a multi-party, multi-lot Framework Agreement will be issued from this QS. The estimated value is not disclosed. The procurement is governed by Directive 2014/25/EU (Utilities) and no EU funding is involved.
