Germany – Laboratory services – Zulassungsverfahren Prüfstellen

This is not a standard EU public procurement but a voluntary admission procedure by DGUV (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung e.V.) for testing laboratories to have their test results recognized for inclusion in the positive list for machines for removal of hazardous dust. The procedure is open-ended until 30 September 2031, allowing continuous applications. Only one lot exists. The notice explicitly states it is not subject to procurement law, and the 'open procedure' label is used only due to the publication form.
