Der zu vergebende Auftrag betrifft eine jährliche Liefermenge von derzeit ca. 120.000 Litern Dieselkraftstoff. Die Lieferungen sind derzeit jeweils mit ca. 30.000 Litern (ein Tanklastzug) im Durchschnitt alle 3 Monate geplant. Diese Lieferintervalle sind jedoch bedarfsabhängig. Die Laufzeit des DBS beträgt 8 Jahre ab dem 17.09.2025. Somit ergibt sich eine Liefermengenobergrenze (Rahmenvereinbarungsobergrenze) in Höhe von 960.000 Litern. Der Auftragnehmer hat keinen Anspruch auf ein bestimmtes Abnahmevolumen.
