Award details
Arendal municipality with municipal companies (hereafter called Arendal municipality) invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereafter called DIO) for the purchase of contractor services, equipment and machines. A DIO is a two stage procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) parts I and III, and is announced as a restricted tender contest, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 26-5 (1). Tenderers shall mainly supplement and possibly assist the municipal work teams when their own capacity is insufficient. It is therefore important that the offered services/materials are adapted to the municipal assignments, both in the form of competence, material and the ability to set up when the need is present. The work outsourced to the competition in the scheme will be of both a larger and smaller extent. This means that some assignments can be carried out by a single operator with the accompanying vehicles and others will require larger work teams and machines. See the qualification documentation for more information.
