W kryterium „Cena” oferta może uzyskać maksymalnie 60 punktów. a) Podstawą przyznania punktów w kryterium „Cena” będzie cena ofertowa brutto podana przez Wykonawcę w Formularzu Ofertowym. b) Cena ofertowa brutto musi uwzględniać wszelkie koszty jakie Wykonawca poniesie w związku z realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia.
Zgodnie z warunkami SWZ maksymalny termin realizacji zamówienia wyni 60 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy. Zamawiający przyzna dodatkowe punkty, jeśli Wykonawca skróci termin realizacji zamówienia. Punkty, jakie otrzyma badana oferta w kryterium „Termin realizacji” będą przyznane na podstawie deklaracji Wykonawcy w formularzu ofertowym (zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 3 do SWZ) w następujący sposób: - za deklarację terminu realizacji zamówienia do 50 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy - 40 punktów - za deklarację terminu realizacji zamówienia do 55 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy – 20 punktów Punktowa ocena oferty w kryterium “Termin realizacji” (T) może maksymalnie osiągnąć 40 punktów.
