This is a notice of contract conclusion under §127 SGB V by GWQ ServicePlus AG for the supply of sustainable nursing care aids (PG 19/50) to insured members of multiple German statutory health insurance funds. The contract covers Germany, started on 01.07.2025, and runs until 30.06.2045. It is an open-access model: service providers can join anytime via an online portal. Manufacturers can apply to list their products by submitting a sustainability declaration. This is not a public procurement under EU directives.
