The Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for consultancy services within the discipline of technical project manager/flexible development manager. The DPS covers the need for consultancy support for assignments and projects connected to the directorate's main functions. The estimated total value of all contracts that may be awarded under the DPS is up to NOK 12,000,000 (excluding VAT) over a 48-month duration. The procedure is restricted, and the notice is for a DPS (not a specific contract). The first qualification round is open for 30 days, after which competitions can be initiated.
