2024 - Dynamic purchasing system - Zero emission vehicle under 3.5 tons.

Kristiansand municipality shall renew the dynamic procurement scheme for zero emission vehicles under 3.5 tons. In this stage of the process, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system. New potential suppliers can continually apply for qualification for admission in the scheme. Procurements under the scheme will be made with the publication of mini competitions, where all at any given time qualified suppliers will have the opportunity to submit tender offers. Procurements in the dynamic purchasing system will apply to new vehicles.
