Der Landkreis Görlitz plant den Neubau einer Wohnheimanlage am Beruflichen Schulzentrum Löbau für 120 Plätze auf dem Grundstück Theodor-Körner-Straße Flurstück-Nr. 1364. Im Gebäude sind darüber hinaus Gruppen- und Freizeiträume sowie Personal- und Mitarbeiterräume integriert. Mit dem Verfahren soll ein Fachplanungsbüro für die Technische Ausrüstung in den Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 8 gefunden werden. Auftragsgegenstand: (1) Vergabe der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 8 gem. § 53 ff. HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1- 9 (Leistungsphase 7: ohne die Teilleistungen a), c), e) Mitwirken bei der Dokumentation der Vergabeverfahren und f) gemäß Anlage 15 zur HOAI (2) Besondere Leistungen: • Prüfen und Werten von Nebenangeboten
