Obiectul achiziției îl constituie atribuirea unui Acord-Cadru, cu un singur operator economic, pe o perioada de 36 de luni, pentru prestarea Serviciilor de închiriere containere modulare simple și cuplate, inclusiv servicii accesorii conexe (transport, montaj, mentenanță curentă, și demontare la finalul contractului) - “Închiriere containere cu destinația săli de clasă pentru Școala Gimnazială nr. 14”. Achiziția este necesară pentru asigurarea continuității procesului educațional la Școala Gimnazială nr. 14, pe durata executării lucrărilor la Corpul A, prin punerea la dispoziție a unor spații temporare, sigure, funcționale și conforme pentru desfășurarea activităților didactice. Necesitatea achiziției rezultă din obligația autorității contractante de a asigura desfășurarea procesului educational în condiții de siguranță și continuitate, pe perioada de executare a lucrărilor de investiții asupra infrastructurii școlare.
