Die Stadt Porta Westfalica beabsichtigt die Bestandsschule abzubrechen und einen neuen 3-geschossigen Grundschulkomplex mit integrierter Sporthalle neu zu errichten. Auf dem Areal befinden sich zusätzlich eine Bestandssporthalle, die erhalten bleibt, sowie eine Wärmestation, die neu errichtet wird. Die Wärmestation dient der Versorgung des neuen Schulkomplexes sowie der bestehenden Sporthalle. Die Wärmestation wird zeitgleich mit dem neuen Schulkomplex errichtet. Die Außenanlagen werden im Zuge der Baumaßnahme neu gestaltet. Vorhandene Baumbestände werden so weit wie möglich erhalten und in den neuen Außenanlagen eingebunden. Der Auftragnehmer liefert und montiert die Wärmeversorgungsanlagen für das neue Schulgebäude inkl. Inbetriebnahme der Anlage.
