Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Zakup licencji czasowych oprogramowania do automatyzacji RPA”, w tym: 1) dostawa Licencji czasowych na okres 12 miesięcy od daty zawartej w protokole odbioru certyfikatu potwierdzającego udzielenie Licencji czasowych; 2) świadczenie usług Wsparcia merytorycznego w liczbie 400 Roboczogodzin, w terminie 12 miesięcy od daty zawartej w protokole odbioru certyfikatu potwierdzającego udzielenie Licencji czasowych; 3) świadczenie usług Serwisu Oprogramowania w terminie 12 miesięcy od daty od daty zawartej w protokole odbioru certyfikatu potwierdzającego udzielenie Licencji czasowych; 4) Wdrożenie i konfiguracja nowych robotów programowych zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ. 5) Instalacji i konfiguracji Oprogramowania; 6) przeprowadzenie warsztatów i szkoleń. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji. 3. Sposób realizacji zamówienia określa projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji.
