Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace stavebních a restaurátorských prací, na adrese NZM Kačina, Svatý Mikuláš 51, 284 01 Kutná Hora. Obsahem veřejné zakázky je provedení rekonstrukce části suterénu pobočky NZM Kačina. V rámci rekonstrukce bude provedena obnova degradovaných povrchů omítek a kompletní výmalba, provedení provětrávaných podlah, obnova povrchů podlah, zřízení vnější větrané dutiny u místností zámecké lázně, obnova výplní otvorů, obnova technického zařízení (ZTI, elektro, EPS, EZS), zajištění vytápění části místnosti, zajištění odvětrání nového hygienického zázemí, výměna osvětlení včetně osazení expozičního osvětlení a úprava (vyspádování) blízkého okolí budovy a okapového chodníku pro odvedení srážkové vody od objektu. Vzhledem k tomu, že dotčený objekt je národní kulturní památky, budou práce probíhat pod dohledem orgánů památkové péče a součástí jsou i restaurátorské práce v prostorech zámecké lázně.
