An den Standorten HKW Süd und Gartenstraße sollen neben eine Flusswasserwärmepumpenanlage weitere Tiefengeothermieprojekte umgesetzt werden. Zur Nutzbarmachung der Tiefenwärme und der Flusswasserwärme wird verschiedene Maschinentechnik benötigt, die entsprechend verkabelt und elektrisch versorgt werden muss. Die Elektroversorgung von der zentralen Mittelspannungsschaltanlage über die Mittelspannungsverteilung bis hin zu von Transformatoren bereitgestellten Niederspannungsverteilungssystemen sind Gegenstand der geplanten Ausschreibung. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt als Sekto-renauftraggeber. Die Abwicklung nach Zuschlagserteilung erfolgt nach VOB/B und C.
