Das hier ausgeschriebene Abfallsammelfahrzeug ist für den Ein-Schicht-Betrieb mit einem Fahrer und einem Lader im Kreisgebiet des Landkreises Spree-Neiße/Wokrejs Sprjewja-Nysa vorgesehen. Die jährliche Betriebszeit des Fahrzeugs beträgt 1.500 bis 2.000 Stunden (Kalkulationsgrundlage 1.800 h/a). Der Einsatz soll als Abfallsammelfahrzeug mit einem Dreiachsfahrgestell mit zwangsgelenkter Nachlauflenkachse, einem 23 - 25 m³ großen Pressplattenaufbau und Umleerbalken zur Sammlung und zum Transport von Siedlungsabfällen erfolgen. Das komplette Fahrzeug darf eine Gesamthöhe von 3.550 mm nicht überschreiten.
