Das Hauptziel der Sanierung ist der Erhalt des Ottilienbades. Aufgrund der langjährigen Nutzung des Bades und seiner hohen regelmäßigen Auslastung ist ein erheblicher Sanierungsstau entstanden. Energetisch entspricht das Ottilienbad nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand der Technik. Infolge der gestiegenen Energie- und Betriebskosten sowie der vorhandenen bautechnischen Defizite ist die zukünftige Betreibung stark gefährdet. Bitte beachten Sie die Eignungskriterien in der entsprechenden Anlage.
