Kritériom na vyhodnotenie ponúk je celková cena zákazky stanovená v EUR s DPH (DPH sa myslí DPH platná na území SR). Na základe uvedeného uchádzač so sídlom mimo územia SR, ktorý nie je evidovaný ako platca DPH na území SR vyplní návrh na plnenie kritérií v IS EVO nasledovne: k jeho navrhovanej cene bez DPH uchádzač pripočíta výšku DPH Slovenskej republiky, čo je aktuálne sadzba 23 %, nepripočítava tam svoju domovskú DPH. Ak uchádzač má sídlo na území SR a nie je platcom DPH, uvedie v IS EVO len cenu bez DPH a na uvedenú skutočnosť upozorní v ponuke. Úspešným uchádzačom sa stane ten uchádzač, ktorého celková cenová ponuka v EUR s DPH je najnižšia a súčasne splní podmienky účasti ako aj požiadavky na predmet zákazky.

Predmetom zákazky je dodávka automatických prístrojov na kontinuálne monitorovanie kvantitatívnych ukazovateľov podzemných a povrchových vôd, spolu so zrážkomermi a kamerami na hodnotenie aktuálnej hydrologickej situácie. Jedná sa o prístroje s on-line meraním povrchových vôd v 15 min kroku a on-line meranie podzemných vôd s možnosťou nastavenia merania frekvencie prenosu dát. Súčasťou dodávky sú aj vyčítacie zariadenia a softvér kompatibilný s existujúcou technologickou linkou. Podrobná špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je v Kapitole (B) Opis a ocenenie predmetu zákazky .
