Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Rohbauarbeiten für die Aufzugsunterfahrt, das Herstellen von unbewehrten Fundamentstreifen für die Brandschutzfassade und den untersten Treppenlauf der Treppe 01 sowie die dazugehörigen Erdbauarbeiten inkl. Spezialtiefbau für die Mikropfähle. Aufgrund des Bauens im denkmalgeschützten Kontext sowie im Bestand der Kirche werden die Arbeiten auf der Baustelle von einem Restaurator, dem zuständigen Denkmalamt sowie einem Umweltschutzbeauftragten begleitet.
