4.2.1. Przez czas reakcji mobilnego serwisu rozumie się maksymalny czas, liczony w godzinach zegarowych od momentu dokonania zgłoszenia usterki przez Zamawiającego na adres e-mail lub numer telefonu wskazany w umowie, do momentu przyjazdu technika serwisu do miejsca postoju pojazdu wskazanego przez Zamawiającego. 4.2.2. Czas reakcji mobilnego serwisu Wykonawca wskazuje w formularzu oferty odrębnie dla każdej części zamówienia, na którą składa ofertę. 4.2.3. Zamawiający wymaga zaoferowania czasu reakcji mobilnego serwisu nie dłuższego niż 96 godzin zegarowych. 4.2.4. Punktacja w kryterium „Czas reakcji mobilnego serwisu” zostanie przyznana zgodnie z tabelą w SWZ.
