L'évaluation des chaises de bureau sera basée sur les fiches techniques remises (revêtements - sous-critère 13), ainsi que sur les documents remis en annexe de la soumission (mode d’emploi – sous-critère 14) et sur les tests qui seront effectués suite à la mise à vue (voir § I.28). L'évaluation du matériel implique que la soumission contienne les éléments nécessaires joints en annexe de l’offre.
