Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe einer Personenschaden-Excedenten-Haftpflicht-Versicherung für die Versicherungsnehmerin und die Versicherten. Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Auftrages ist ausschließlich die Versicherungsleistung (Übernahme eines Risikos gegen Entgelt) einschließlich der hierzu notwendigen Vertrags- und Schadenbearbeitungskosten. Versichert ist im Anschluss an die Grundversicherung (Los 1 Betriebs-Haftpflicht-Versicherung) ausschließlich die dort beschriebene Haftpflicht der Versicherungsnehmerin oder der mitversicherten Unternehmen. Kein Versicherungsschutz im Rahmen dieser Anschlussversicherung besteht für die in der Grundversicherung mitversicherten ausländischen Unternehmen (Master-Cover-Deckungen) sowie für den Geltungsbereich USA/Kanada.
