Los 1: Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe einer Betriebs- und Umwelt-Haftpflicht-Versicherung für die Versicherungsnehmerin und die Versicherten inklusive einer Umweltschadensversicherung und weiterer besonderer Deckungser-weiterungen jeweils nach Maßgabe der beschriebenen Mindestanforderungen zum Versicherungsumfang. Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Auftrages ist ausschließlich die Versicherungsleistung (Übernahme eines Risikos ge-gen Entgelt) einschließlich der hierzu notwendigen Vertrags- und Schadenbearbeitungskosten. Versicherungsschutz besteht für den Fall, dass die Versicherungsnehmerin/der Versicherte wegen eines während der Wirksamkeit der Versicherung eingetretenen Schadenereignisses (Versicherungsfall), das einen Personen-, Sach- oder sich daraus ergebenden Vermögensschaden zur Folge hatte, aufgrund gesetzlicher Haftpflichtbestimmungen privatrecht-lichen Inhalts von einem Dritten auf Schadenersatz in Anspruch genommen wird.
