Die Hochschule Reutlingen beabsichtigt im Rahmen des laufenden Projektes "H2-Grid" den Aufbau eines Reallabors zur Herstellung und Nutzung von Wasserstoff. Diese Anlage soll ein industrienahes Reallabor darstellen, das zur Erprobung von netzdienlichen Anwendungsfällen und Anlagenkonzepten dienen soll. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Planung, der Aufbau, die Lieferung und die Inbetriebnahme eines Systems zur Erzeugung von Wasserstoff mittels Elektrolyse und zur Nutzung dieses Wasserstoffs in einer Brennstoffzelle. Der Auftragnehmer schuldet eine mängelfreie, betriebsbereite, sicher funktionierende und abgenommene Gesamtanlage am Standort der KST einschließlich aller erforderlichen Nebenanlagen, Schnittstellen, Dokumentation und Nachweisen wie in den folgenden Abschnitten definiert. Die Projektlaufzeit des Forschungsprojekts endet am 30.06.2027. Die Leistungen gem. dieser Leistungsbeschreibung müssen bis zum Ende der Projektlaufzeit abgeschlossen und bis zum 31.05.2027 abgerechnet sein.
