Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων επεξεργασίας λυμάτων - βοθρολυμάτων Κερατέας και Λαυρίου και των δύο (2) κεντρικών αντλιοστασίων αποχέτευσης (ΑΜ1 & ΑΜ2), η τακτική και προγραμματισμένη συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού, η γενικότερη συντήρηση της εγκατάστασης και ο καθαρισμός των μονάδων, η διαχείριση της παραγόμενης ιλύος και οι επισκευές εξοπλισμού.
