Maksimalni broj bodova u okviru ovog kriterija je 20 bodova. Maksimalni rok izvršenja usluge ovjeravanja i baždarenja iznosi 15 radnih dana od dana preuzimanja vodomjera na skladištu naručitelja, potvrđenog odgovarajućim dokumentom ovjerenim od odgovornih osoba ponuditelja i naručitelja zaduženih za primopredaju predmeta nabave. Navedeno podrazumijeva da preuzeti vodomjeri na skladište naručitelja moraju biti vraćeni najkasnije u roku 15 radnih dana od dana preuzimanja. Ponuda ponuditelja koji će ponuditi duži rok izvršenja usluge ocijeniti će se neprikladnom i ista odbiti, obzirom da bi duži vremenski period zadržavanja vodomjera kod ponuditelja naručitelju otežao funkcioniranje i izvršavanje rokova zamjene vodomjera krajnjim korisnicima.
