Die Hochschule für Musik und Theater München ist Eigentümerin eines Grundstücks in der Münchener Fußgängerzone in einer 1B-Einzelhandelslage der Altstadt. Es ist mit einem fünfgeschossigen denkmalgeschützten Wohn- und Geschäftshaus (Vordergebäude) mit nichtausgebautem Dachgeschoss sowie einem zweigeschossigen Rückgebäude mit ausgebautem Dachgeschoss (Anbau an das Vordergebäude) bebaut (vgl. weitergehende Beschreibung Vergabeunterlage A – Verfahrensbedingungen Ziffer I). Die Hochschule für Musik und Theater München plant den Verkauf des bebauten Grundstücks. Beschafft wird die Maklerdienstleistung für den Verkauf des bebauten Grundstücks (Leistungsumfang gem. Maklervertrag – Vergabeunterlage C- C.1.). Ein Wertermittlungsgutachten zu dem Grundstück, dass nach Zuschlagserteilung an den Auftragnehmer übergeben werden kann, ist vorhanden.
