Halle inkl. Eindeckung für die Futterzentrale und eines Quarantänestalls mit Stroh- und Mistlager im Rahmen des Bauvorhaben Zissau II. Der Umbau wird sich auf einen Teilbereich des gesamten Schweinebereiches auf der Düsse beschränken. Die restlichen Stallgebäude sind weiterhin im Betrieb. Daher ist auf die besondere Situation vor Ort ständig Rücksicht zu nehmen und es muss sich strikt an die "schwarz/weiß" Trennung gehalten werden. Nur in Rücksprache mit den leitenden Personen vor Ort, bzw. mit der örtlichen Bauleitungen können Arbeiten in diesen Bereichen durchgeführt werden. Der Umbau wird daher auf dem Gelände des laufendem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb des Haus Düsse durchgeführt, Erschwernisse aufgrund des laufendes Stallbetriebes sind einzukalkulieren. Aufgrund der o.g. Situation in der Umgebung ist die besondere Rücksichtnahme während der Bauarbeiten zwingend geboten und dadurch bedingte Erschwernisse in die Einheitspreise einzukalkulieren.
