Im Rahmen des hier gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens wird ein Auftrag zur Herstellung und Lieferung von 33.000.000 Stück (Mindestmenge gesamt für das Jahr 2027) zuzüglich einer Optionsmenge von bis zu 99.000.000 Stück (gesamt für die Jahre 2028 und 2029) (Los 1) vergeben. Für die Kursmünzenserie sind davon im Los 1 insgesamt 25.000 Stück (Mindestmenge für das Jahr 2027) zuzüglich einer Optionsmenge für die Jahre 2028 und 2029 von bis zu 50.000 Stück der 2-Eurocent-Münzrondengesondert zu verpacken und an die jeweiligen Münzstätten auszuliefern. Die Mengen der 2-Eurocent–Münzronden für das Los 1 sind an die Prägestätten in München, Stuttgart und Hamburg zu liefern.

Für die Kursmünzenserie sind davon im Los 2 insgesamt 19.000 Stück (Mindestmenge für das Jahr 2027) zuzüglich einer Optionsmenge für die Jahre 2028 und 2029 von bis zu 36.000 Stück der 2-Eurocent-Münzrondengesondert zu verpacken und an die jeweiligen Münzstätten auszuliefern. Die Mengen der 2-Eurocent–Münzronden für das Los 2 sind an die Prägestätten in Berlin und Karlsruhe zu liefern.
