El objeto del contrato incluye las siguientes prestaciones: (desarrolladas en la cláusula 3 del PCAP) a) Prestación 1- La gestión energética de la instalación. b) Prestación 2- Mantenimiento e inspección de las instalaciones de alumbrado exterior y de todos sus componentes, incluida la limpieza periódica de la misma. c) Prestación 3- Reparación o reposición de todos los elementos deteriorados en las instalaciones. d) Prestación 4- Obras de mejora y renovación de las instalaciones del alumbrado exterior.
