Hankinnan kohteena on suolistosyöpäseulontojen seulontahoitaja- ja kolonoskopiapalvelut. Suolistosyövän seulontojen järjestäminen perustuu terveydenhuoltolakiin (1326/2010) ja seulonta-asetukseen (752/2021 ja 1243/2022). Ostettava palvelu sisältää: •Seulontahoitajan palvelut • Jatkotutkimukset: • kolonoskopia • koepalojen otto ja patologinen tutkimus • polyypin poisto (alle 10 mm, 10 tai yli mm • tarvittaessa hoitoon ohjaamisen • tietojen toimittamisen Tilaajalle ja SeulaPro ohjelman kautta syöpärekisteriin. Seulontatutkimukset on suoritettava koko sopimuskauden ja mahdollisen optiokauden aikana kulloinkin voimassa olevan lainsäädännön ja viranomaismääräysten edellyttämällä tavalla sekä kansallisia sopimuskaudella ajantasaisia suosituksia kuten ”Suolistosyövän seulonnan laatukäsikirja” ja standardoituja seulontakäytäntöjä sekä laatuvaatimuksia noudattaen. Toimintaa järjestetään yhteistyössä Tilaajan ja Tilaajan yhteistyökumppanin HUS diagnostiikkakeskuksen kanssa, joka järjestää Tilaajalle seulontaan kutsumisen, seulonnan näytteenoton ja seulontavastausten antamisen. Palvelun tilaajana on Keski-Uudenmaan Hyvinvointialue (Keusote), joka vastaa alueen sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluista sekä pelastustoimen ja erikoissairaanhoidon järjestämisestä. Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueeseen kuuluvat Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen ja Tuusula. Sopimus pyritään saamaan voimaan 15.8.2026.
