Gebäudeautomation für den Neubau. Das Projekt umfasst die Errichtung eines Gebäudeautonationssystems für ein komplexes Forschungsgebäude. Zentral gesteuertes Automationssystem (BACnet/IP) für das gesamte Gebäude mit Integration aller technischen Gewerke wie z.B.: - Heizung / Fernwärme; - Kälteanlagen / Kältemaschinen / Rückkühlwerke; - Trinkwasser, VE-Wasser, Abwasser; - Druckluft und technische Gase; - Raumautomation für Büros und Labore. Automatisierungsschwerpunkte (ASP): - 3 ASP (allgemein) 5 Felder, ca. 500 Ein-/Ausgabefunktionen; - 3 ASP (allgemein) 6 Felder, ca. 2000 Ein-/Ausgabefunktionen; - 4 ASP (allgemein) 8 Felder, ca. 2000 Ein-/Ausgabefunktionen. Raumautomationssystem (RAS) mit verschiedenen Regelungsfunktionen: - 66 Räume (IFW); - 85 Räume (TUD). Ausbau Kabelwege und Verkabelung eigener beigestellter Feldgeräte / Anlagenteile. Errichtung, Strukturierung und Verwaltung eines eigenständigen GA-Netzwerkes (Layer 1 bis Layer3). Management- und Bedieneinrichtung mit den zentralen Funktionen: - Steuern, Regeln, Überwachen; - Energieerfassung und Optimierung; - Störmeldungen, Alarmierung; - Visualisierung und Datenspreicherung; - Energiemonitoring; - Fernzugriff. Vernetzung verschiedener Bussysteme (M-Bus, Modbus, KNX, DALI): - BACnet/IP dient als primäres Kommunikationsprotokoll; - M-Bus wird zur Anbindung von Zählern genutzt; - Modbus RTU bindet Komponenten wie z. B. Brandschutzklappen (BSK) und Gaswarnanlagen (GWA) an; - KNX wird für den Datenaustausch zu Elektro und Raumbediengeräte verwendet.
