Luxembourg-Luxembourg: Call for Expressions of Interest

This is a Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) to establish a pre-qualified list of service providers for the distribution of ECA's media content (publications, press releases, news) to targeted audiences in specific geographical/language areas. The list will be valid for 4 years and will be used for individual contracts below the EU directive threshold (currently €140,000). Subcontracting is not allowed. Applications can be submitted at any time during the list's validity (except last 3 months). The notice does not include an estimated overall value, award criteria, or procurement documents beyond the notice itself.
